Hamptons has launched hdesign, a bespoke interior design and consultancy service available exclusively to its clients – including homeowners, landlords and property developers across both its residential and development divisions.
Created as a full-service solution, hdesign promises a seamless journey from concept through to delivery, installation and styling.
Whether it’s designing interiors for a single home or providing strategic input on large-scale developments, hdesign aims to elevate the standard of design service available across the property lifecycle.
The move is part of a joint venture with Andrew Clark of the Clark Design Group, who brings 27 years of interior design expertise and leads a team of 17 professionals spanning project managers, architects and designers (main picture).
BESPOKE SERVICE

“We’re thrilled to announce this exclusive joint venture,” says Matt Goldsworthy (pictured above, right), Head of International Residential at Hamptons, who has spearheaded the launch.
“The vision has always been to create a truly client and service-led offering to suit homeowners, landlords, new home purchasers, but also our developer clients.
“Andrew (pictured above, middle) and his team are experts in full-scale interior design and bring years of knowledge, experience and valuable industry relationships that will enable hdesign to create interior design solutions for our clients.
“hdesign is a natural extension to our commitment to providing comprehensive property services. By offering this bespoke design service, we’re adding significant value for clients, ensuring efficiency, cost-saving, and design consistency throughout their property journey.”
TAILORED DESIGN PACKAGES
While homeowners and landlords can access tailored design packages for existing or newly acquired properties, developer clients will be offered an expanded consultancy service – including product positioning, CGI visualisation, procurement strategy and full delivery execution.

One of hdesign’s key advantages for developers lies in its procurement capacity – giving access to premium suppliers and navigating price sensitivity through robust tendering.
SUPERIOR PRODUCT
“In today’s challenging market, where labour and material costs have increased dramatically, procurement capabilities and exclusive market access are critical to deliver premium quality at optimal value,” says Tom Hawkins (pictured above, left), Head of Residential Development at Hamptons.
“hdesign’s work at new development Wimbledon Place demonstrates perfectly how the combination of thoughtful design principles and strategic procurement will create apartments with an exceptionally high-quality finish, ultimately providing homebuyers with a superior product for better value.”
FLEXIBILITY, TRANSPARENCY, INDIVIDUALITY
The emphasis is on flexibility, transparency, and individuality. There is no standard “look” or off-the-shelf aesthetic. Every scheme is designed around the lifestyle and taste of the end client – a point that hdesign co-founder Andrew Clark is keen to emphasise.

“Drawing on 27 years of interior design experience, our team brings unparalleled expertise and industry connections to hdesign,” says Clark.
“Delivering bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s unique preferences through collaborative consultation, creating highly personalised environments that reflect individual character.
“My ethos rejects standardised approaches – you’ll find no template designs in our portfolio.”
“My ethos rejects standardised approaches – you’ll find no template designs or predetermined aesthetics in our portfolio. Every project is distinct, maintaining the highest standards of design integrity while honouring the client’s individuality.
“Beyond private clients, we provide comprehensive consultancy services to developers and house builders. Whether advising on luxury residences or collaborating on larger-scale developments, we deliver results that are both aesthetically compelling and commercially astute.”
For clients not ready to engage a full design consultancy but seeking inspiration or standout pieces, hdesign has also launched a separate e-commerce store, enabling customers to purchase individual interior items with delivery and installation included.
