Hamptons forms international partnership with Privalia in Geneva

Hamptons has formed a partnership with Privalia, one of Geneva’s leading independent real estate firms, that will include brand usage ‘in association with Hamptons’.

This partnership expands Hamptons’ global reach and will service clients both in the UK and across its international network, whilst leveraging its brand in a prime overseas market.
Clients selling their property through Privalia will benefit from having their property featured on the Hamptons International website – which attracts 350,000 views a month.

And they will also gain access to Hamptons’ extensive global services and connections spanning 40 countries, including its top network of international brokers that help ultra-high-net worth buyers and sellers with their property needs around the globe.

FAMILY-LED BUSINESS

Founded in 2011 by brothers Christophe and Michael Ortiz, Privalia is a renowned family-led business specialising in the sale of high-end apartments, luxury villas, off-market investment properties and residential lettings.

Their bespoke approach combines market insight with architectural sensibility and an advisory service that is both discreet and personalised.

Privalia’s extensive property portfolio ranges from one/two-bedroom apartments starting at £600,000, to houses that command upwards of £50 million.
