Gully Howard Director passes the baton to Hose Rhodes Dickson

After more than 20 years leading one of the Isle of Wight’s best-known commercial property agencies, Gavin Chambers, Director of Gully Howard, is passing the baton.

As he retires, he has chosen Hose Rhodes Dickson, part of the Leaders Romans Group (LRG), to take over responsibility for his long-standing commercial property clients.
The move brings Gully Howard’s portfolio of commercial sales, lettings and valuations under the expertise of Lisa Mercer, Associate Director at Hose Rhodes Dickson, who heads up the firm’s commercial division.

Mercer has over two decades of experience in the island’s property market and has built strong relationships across the local business community.

IN SAFE HANDS

The transition ensures continuity for Gully Howard’s clients, who will now benefit from Hose Rhodes Dickson’s broader resources, including enhanced marketing reach through major property portals and access to the firm’s island-wide network of eight offices.

The handover takes effect immediately, with all existing Gully Howard clients continuing to receive the same high level of service.

Gavin Chambers (main picture, right), outgoing Director of Gully Howard, says: “After many years serving the commercial property market on the island, it was important to me that my clients would be in safe hands.

“Lisa and her team have an outstanding reputation for their expertise in commercial property and exceptional client service. Their deep understanding of the local market made them the natural choice, and I have complete confidence that my clients will receive the very best care and attention.”

CLIENT SERVICE

Lisa Mercer (main picture, right), Associate Director at Hose Rhodes Dickson, adds: “With an outstanding reputation as one of the island’s leading commercial property specialists, we’re excited to be working with Gully Howard, a business that shares our commitment to excellent client service.

“Not only does this strengthen our presence on the Isle of Wight even further, but it also allows us to better serve businesses across the sector.”
