Guild of Property Professionals to host ‘Ignite’ conference

The Guild of Property Professionals will hold its Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony, Ignite, on Friday 6 February at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London.

The event will bring together Guild Members from across the UK for a day of insight, inspiration and celebration designed to help businesses thrive in 2026 and beyond.
The conference theme, Ignite, reflects its focus on providing practical tips, fresh ideas, and expert insight to fuel business growth in a changing property landscape.

Iain McKenzie (main picture), CEO of The Guild, will open the event, setting out the year ahead and highlighting the Guild’s support for Members in a competitive market.

CONFERENCE LINE-UP

Delegates will also hear from Anthony Codling, Head of European Housing and Building Materials Research at RBC Capital Markets, on market trends and what the data means for agents.

Technology and innovation will be explored by Adam Noonan, Group Commercial Director at The Property Franchise Group, who will share insights into the proptech landscape and how agents can leverage emerging tools.

Compliance and legislative changes will be addressed in a session on the Renters’ Rights Act, led by Paul Offley, Guild Compliance Officer, and Tanya Pearson, Senior Account Manager at The Guild.

Branding and marketing strategies will be covered by Ben Madden of Digital Sparks in his session, Ignite Your Influence, while motivational speaker Nigel Risner, known as The Zookeeper, will share techniques to enhance team communication and collaboration.

Dr Robbie Anderson, performance psychologist to Formula 1 drivers, will close the conference with insights into applying high-performance principles from sport to business.

The day will conclude with The Guild Awards Ceremony, celebrating outstanding achievement and professionalism among Members.
