The Guild of Property Professionals is celebrating a standout performance at the 22nd Annual ESTAS Awards where its Members collectively won 33 awards across multiple categories – including 18 Gold, 8 Silver, and 7 Bronze – alongside the Guild itself being crowned Best in Sector 2025: Agency Network.
Held at London’s Grosvenor House, the ESTAS remain one of the UK’s most respected accolades for estate and letting agents, with winners determined solely by verified client feedback gathered at the end of property transactions.
This year’s headline honour, Guild Agent of the Year 2025, went to Webbs Rugeley, recognised for exceptional service and customer care.
Iain McKenzie, Chief Executive of The Guild of Property Professionals, praised Members for their dedication and professionalism.
COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE

He says: “Guild Members stand among the best independent agents in the industry for their customer care and commitment to excellence.
“The ESTAS provide an important opportunity to celebrate those who consistently go the extra mile – and because these awards are based entirely on client feedback, they represent the highest form of recognition.”
The Guild also took home the Supplier Award for Best in Sector 2025: Agency Network, voted for by agents.
“Supporting independent agents is at the heart of what we do,” McKenzie adds. “Our mission is to give our Members the tools, services and guidance they need to thrive – helping them grow market share, increase revenue, reduce costs and maintain compliance. These awards affirm that our model is working.”
BUILDING TRUST THROUGH SERVICE

Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS, says the platform continues to strengthen consumer confidence in the industry “The ESTAS has become much more than an annual awards event – it’s a community built around one shared mission: to deliver outstanding service to clients.
“Our reviews and awards system plays a vital role in driving standards and reinforcing trust across the property sector.”
