Guild launches premium property magazine

The Guild of Property Professionals has launched Residence, a new UK-wide premium property magazine designed to help its Members strengthen their positioning at the top end of the market.

Introduced as part of The Guild’s enhanced Marketing Pack service, launched in 2025, Residence provides Members with a high-quality marketing platform that combines local presence with national exposure.
Every property marketed through The Guild Marketing Pack will now feature on a dedicated page in the magazine.

The publication is intended as a practical sales and branding tool, supporting agents at valuations, client meetings and when prospecting for new instructions.

It also serves as an in-office showcase, allowing clients to browse premium properties from across The Guild’s national network.

Alongside its print format, Residence has been designed to support digital promotion, with Members able to share the content across social media and email campaigns.

The Guild’s marketing team has also developed a suite of digital assets to help Members promote the magazine consistently across their own channels.

The magazine is expected to play an ongoing role in Members’ premium marketing strategies, with future editions encouraging standout listings and continued representation of high-end homes across the network.
