Guild 365 sees rapid uptake among members

The Guild of Property Professionals is reporting strong early momentum for its new AML and consumer onboarding platform, Guild 365, with more than 200 member companies registering interest since its February launch.

Designed to simplify Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and client onboarding, the platform has quickly gained traction across the network.
Ninety-one branches are now live or in the onboarding process, with 52 already using the system daily to manage verification and compliance checks.

Adoption surged over the summer, with an average of one new branch going live every working day in July – highlighting a clear appetite for digital tools that reduce administrative strain while improving regulatory accuracy.

AI-POWERED SOLUTION

Developed in partnership with TPS Group, Guild 365 delivers an intuitive, AI-powered solution that enables agents to verify clients, complete PEP and Sanctions checks, confirm Source of Funds via Open Banking, and share documents securely – all through a single, streamlined dashboard.

Paul Offley (main picture, inset), Compliance Officer at The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “Part of our proposition is to offer our Members solutions to everyday estate agency activities, and completing AML checks on sellers and buyers is a prime example.

“We have three suppliers who we work with, and I’m delighted to hear the excellent response to Guild 365 and how easy this is to use for both agents and their clients.”

And he adds: “A third-party AML provider reduces compliance risk, saves time, improves client onboarding, and strengthens an estate agency’s reputation, in addition to allowing the team to focus on sales and lettings activities.”
