Grosvenor takes stake in Realyse to expand data platfom

REalyse, the residential property data intelligence company, has secured investment from Grosvenor in a deal that will support the expansion of its analytics platform and accelerate its push into new markets.

The move marks a notable step by one of the UK’s most prominent property groups to deepen its exposure to fast-growing data-led services within the housing sector.
The funding will enable REalyse to broaden its data coverage, strengthen its AI-driven modelling capabilities and scale its operations as demand for real-time market intelligence continues to rise.

The company, which provides analytics to SMEs, institutional investors and government bodies, has positioned itself as a key supplier of residential market insight at a time when investors are relying more heavily on predictive tools to navigate subdued transactions and shifting rental and sales dynamics.

NATURAL NEXT STEP

Grosvenor, which trialled the platform prior to investing, is seeking to integrate more advanced data capabilities across its development, investment and asset management activities.

The partnership is expected to support longer-term planning and provide sharper evidence-based decision-making across its UK estate.
