Real estate group GLPG has launched a New Homes Consultancy division which complements its existing Capital Advisory and Investment & Development Agency teams.
Rather than competing with the many brilliant new homes agencies that already exist the consultancy has been created to add value to the existing market offering. GLPG’s New Homes Consultancy team will serve as a link between estate agents and developers, managing the relationship and allowing developers to focus on their core business.
The consultancy will be led and directed by Emily Armstrong (main picture) who was formally Managing Director of New Homes at Sewell & Gardner and brings 20 years of experience in developing and delivering highly effective sales and marketing strategies.
LEVERAGE EXPERIENCE
Armstrong’s team will leverage their experience and relationships to identify, interview and appoint a local sales agent on behalf of developers. They will then work alongside the selected agency to effectively manage the full sales and marketing process. This will include scheme consultation, creative branding, website development and digital marketing as well as show homes and marketing suites. Their clients will also receive regular reports and comprehensive data analysis in order to continually optimise their marketing activity and maximise their ROI.

GLPG’s New Homes Consultancy has already been appointed on three developments including 35 private apartments on High Road, Chigwell, Essex, 7 high-specification apartments in Watford, Hertfordshire and 7 trendy, boutique apartments in Mile End, East London.
