FREE: FCS Compliance ‘Ask the Experts’ Due Diligence webinar

Anti-money laundering (AML) specialists FCS Compliance have announced the next instalment in their popular series of free webinars for property professionals – this time tackling one of the industry’s most challenging topics: Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

Titled Ask the Experts – Everything You Need to Know About Customer Due Diligence, the live, hour-long session will take place at 10am on Thursday 27 November, offering agents and property managers a chance to put their questions directly to a panel of CDD specialists.
While the discussion will be shaped by audience participation, topics expected to feature include the difference between simplified and enhanced due diligence; how to verify complex ownership structures and the risks and pitfalls of relying on third-party CDD.

The session aims to give property professionals practical guidance and greater confidence in managing day-to-day CDD responsibilities – an increasingly critical aspect of AML compliance in the sector.

SENIOR SPECIALISTS

The expert panel features three of FCS Compliance’s senior specialists:

  • Stephen Williamson, Lead AML Consultant (Property Division), who brings 17 years of banking experience in property finance, fraud and AML oversight, alongside hands-on experience running a London property development business.
