SIGNIFICANT SUCCESSES
UKSIR’s lettings division recently celebrated significant successes in London’s most prestigious areas including the recent letting of a penthouse at St. Edmunds Terrace in Primrose Hill with a guide price of over £12,000 per week.
That deal was expertly brokered by Director of Lettings James Somers and Consultant Diana Tran to achieve in excess of the guide price and set a new record for highest value let in the neighbourhood this year.
A prime house on Tilney Street in Mayfair was also let at the guide price of £12,000 per week and handled by Diana Tran.

Claire Reynolds, Managing Partner at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, says: “This is an exciting time to welcome Francesca to our team.
“Her understanding of the prime London lettings market and her commitment to exceptional client service align perfectly with our strategy at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.”
