Flatfair and the Sheldon Bosley Knight Group team up to simplify renting

Flatfair has announced a strategic partnership with the renowned Sheldon Bosley Knight Group (SBK).

Multiple brands under SBK, including the recently acquired Loveitts, will now offer flatfair’s No Deposit solution across their UK branches.
The collaboration comes at a time of significant change in the rental market with recent data from Rightmove showing that average advertised rents are predicted to increase by 5% outside London and 3% in London by the end of 2024.

With rising rental prices putting further financial strain on tenants, No Deposit deals can offer a practical way for renters to reduce upfront costs, while landlords benefit from enhanced protection.

Rightmove’s data also reveals a record proportion of former rental homes are now on the market for sale, with 18% of homes listed for sale in 2023 previously available to rent – a sharp rise compared to just 8% in 2010.

Rebecca Dean, Lettings Director at Sheldon Bosley Knight, says “The Sheldon Bosley Knight Group is delighted to be working with flatfair, offering a deposit alternative to our valued landlords and tenants across all locations.

“Letting a property comes with lots of uncertainty for landlords, so we are always looking for ways in which we can improve our services and offerings to them, our clients, to ensure they are protected in every possible way when being a landlord.”
