Fine & Country’s fairway to fundraising

Golf clubs at the ready: the Fine & Country Foundation Charity Golf Tournament is returning to Leamington Spa this autumn.

The event, hosted by Jonathan Handford, managing director of Fine & Country Leamington Spa, will take place on Monday 22 September 2025 at Leamington County Golf Club.
Following on from last year’s sell-out success, the tournament will once again gather property professionals, clients and local supporters for a day of friendly competition with a serious fundraising purpose.

Proceeds go to the Fine & Country Foundation, which supports homelessness and poverty relief projects.

£1 MILLION MARK PASSED

The foundation recently passed the £1 million mark in funds raised since its launch – a milestone Handford describes as “a testament to the generosity of our community and industry.”

The day begins with coffee and breakfast before the first tee at 11am, with players taking part in a series of contests including nearest the pin, longest drive and a putting competition. Prizes will be handed out at the end of play for both individual and team performances.

Handford says: “The golf day is a highlight in our calendar. It’s about camaraderie, competition and, above all, raising money for charities that are making a tangible difference on the frontline of poverty. We’re aiming to make this year’s tournament our most successful yet.”

Places are limited to 72 golfers, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. With demand expected to be high, early booking is advised.
