Fine & Country will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026 with its Annual Conference, Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, to be held at The Belfry Hotel & Resort on Friday 27 March.
In a departure from tradition the estate agency brand has chosen The Belfry as the venue for its milestone event, bringing its international network together for two days of learning, networking and celebration.
The Belfry is renowned for its heritage and hospitality and is the only venue in the world to have hosted the Ryder Cup on four occasions.
The resort features three championship golf courses, including the Brabazon, alongside a luxury spa, fitness facilities and extensive conference space. Delegates arriving on Thursday 26 March will have the option to take part in a dedicated spa or golf day, with access to facilities and courses available at preferential rates.
CONFERENCE LINE-UP
The conference programme will feature speakers from the worlds of performance, innovation, future trends and health.
The line-up includes Matthew Syed, award-winning author and specialist in high-performance mindset; futurist and business thinker Patrick Dixon; and Billy Harris, creator of Peak, who will share insights into data-driven health and performance optimisation.

The day will conclude with the Fine & Country Property Awards 2025, celebrating outstanding achievements across the network.
Events will continue on Saturday 28 March with the Fine & Country International Exhibition, a consumer-facing showcase of premium properties from across the brand’s global network, alongside expert advice on tax, finance, foreign exchange and relocation.
