Fine & Country will host its International Luxury Living Exhibition at The Belfry Hotel & Resort on Saturday 28 March 2026 immediately following the brand’s Annual Conference.
The B2C event will bring together premium properties from across Fine & Country’s global network, giving prospective buyers the chance to explore international real estate opportunities in one location.
Timed to coincide with the gathering of agents from the firm’s international offices, the exhibition will allow visitors to speak directly with representatives from a range of sought-after markets.
Buyers will be able to gain first-hand insight into the practicalities of purchasing property overseas, as well as compare destinations, lifestyles and investment considerations.
SPECIALIST ACCESS
Alongside luxury homes spanning major global cities and coastal locations, attendees will have access to specialists in tax, foreign exchange, finance and relocation, aimed at helping buyers navigate the complexities of international ownership.
Nicky Stevenson (main picture), Managing Director of Fine & Country, says: “Bringing together international property professionals, market experts and premium homes in one place is incredibly powerful for buyers.
“It allows them to ask the right questions, gain trusted local insight and truly understand their options before making what is often a life-changing decision. Our global network spans some of the most desirable locations in the world, and this exhibition showcases both the breadth of that network and the expertise behind it.”
DESTINATION EVENT
And she adds: “Whether a buyer is drawn to the energy of a major city or the appeal of a slower-paced coastal lifestyle, having access to knowledgeable agents and specialist advisers in a single environment helps turn international property aspirations into achievable, informed decisions.”
The exhibition is positioned as a destination event for buyers considering a home abroad, offering direct access to agents, advisers and a broad selection of global luxury property.
