Fine & Country scouts London’s top agents

Fine & Country has launched an exclusive Partner Agent Programme aimed at attracting entrepreneurial, self-employed estate agents operating in Prime Central London.

The scheme gives independent agents the chance to trade under the global luxury brand while retaining full autonomy over their business.
The new model grants access to Fine & Country’s flagship Park Lane office, international marketing platform and global referral network – a combination designed to help agents compete at the highest levels of the capital’s luxury property market.

Unlike traditional franchise or corporate structures, the Partner Agent Programme operates under a bespoke sub-licence agreement. This gives agents the freedom to manage their own client relationships and set their own business strategies, while benefiting from Fine & Country’s marketing systems, technology infrastructure and operational support.

LIMITED NUMBER

The programme is being rolled out across key Prime Central London postcodes, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Mayfair, Notting Hill Gate, Marylebone and St John’s Wood.

Fine & Country said it is seeking a limited number of agents with strong track records in the upper quartile of the market, capable of servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Gaven Swan, national business development manager at Fine & Country, says: “Park Lane isn’t just a showroom.

“It’s a physical gateway into the luxury market – a place where our Partner Agents can meet clients, hold exhibitions, and demonstrate the scale and quality of the Fine & Country brand.

“We’ve designed this scheme to empower London’s best agents, not absorb them.”

The company says the model offers significant earning potential, with six-figure commissions achievable through prime property transactions.

Agents can also select from four commission split levels depending on their experience and growth ambitions.

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director at Fine & Country, said: “The Partner Agent Programme combines the freedom of self-employment with the credibility and international reach of a global luxury brand.

“Our West London operations have already shown what a high-calibre, autonomous team can achieve, and we’re confident this will attract some of London’s very best agents.”

Applications are now open to experienced agents seeking greater independence while leveraging the reach and prestige of a globally recognised brand. I
