Fine & Country refreshes logo ahead of 25th anniversary

Fine & Country has unveiled a refreshed logo as it prepares to mark its 25th anniversary in 2026, updating its visual identity to better reflect a digital-first property market while retaining its premium positioning.

The evolutionary redesign has been created to improve clarity and versatility across web, social and mobile platforms, where brand visibility is increasingly critical.
The updated logo is intended to remain instantly recognisable, preserving the elegance, heritage and trust that have defined Fine & Country since its launch.

The refresh follows extensive market research and consumer surveys, which indicated support for a modernised look but with strong emphasis on protecting the brand’s established identity.

SUBTLE RATHER THAN TRANSFORMATIVE

As a result, the changes are subtle rather than transformative, delivering a cleaner and more contemporary aesthetic without departing from the core Fine & Country style.

Emilie Despois (main picture), Chief Marketing Officer at Fine & Country, says: “Our 25th anniversary is a moment to celebrate our heritage while confidently looking ahead. A lot has changed since Fine & Country was founded, particularly in how and where our brand shows up.

“The refreshed logo is about evolution, not reinvention. It gives us the flexibility and simplicity we need in a digital-first world, while preserving the elegance, trust and premium feel that our customers value and recognise.”

The new logo will begin rolling out across digital channels and marketing assets from January 2026, with print and physical branding to follow later in the year.
