Fine & Country has opened its newly renovated and expanded office in Beccles as it continues to meet the growing demand for premium property services across East Suffolk, North Suffolk, South Norfolk and coastal regions.
Since its initial opening in February 2017, the Fine & Country Beccles office has experienced steady year-on-year growth.
Now, after more than seven years of success, the team has made the strategic decision to relocate to a larger, more prominent space within the heart of Beccles.

The new office, situated in a prominent location along Blyburgate, features two large windows to showcase the finest properties for sale, ensuring greater visibility to prospective buyers.
With its fresh renovation, both inside and out, the office offers an inviting environment for clients to discuss their property needs and aspirations in a more comfortable setting.
White adds: “Having a physical office is important to us and our clients. They like to be able to come and see us, sit down, and talk with us about their buying needs and selling options.

CHANGEABLE MARKET
White says that the current property market, while changeable, has seen an unusual increase in activity during August and September, adding that the new office space will allow the team to better accommodate this surge and provide an improved level of service.
The larger space will also allow for increased staff numbers, enabling the office to further enhance its service offering across the region.
