Fine & Country Nottingham has launched a premium lettings and property management division as the agency looks to expand its presence in the upper end of the Nottinghamshire housing market.
The move marks the first time the office has offered a full lettings service, following more than a decade focused on high-value residential sales.
The new division will target landlords and investors in the upper quartile of the market, offering full management alongside the brand’s existing sales operation.
The agency says the expansion reflects growing demand from clients for a single provider covering both sales and lettings, particularly in the premium sector where service levels and marketing are key.
BUSINESS EVOLUTION
Tom De Ville (main picture, right), Director at Fine & Country Nottingham, says the launch represents a natural next step for the business.
He adds: “The introduction of our premium lettings and property management division represents a significant evolution for the business. Building on over 11 years of success in the upper quartile market, this expansion allows us to extend our renowned marketing, service and expertise across both sales and lettings.
“This is a strategic step that reinforces our leadership within Nottinghamshire’s premium property sector and reflects our continued ambition to set the benchmark for quality and client experience.”
HIGH NET WORTH
The new division will be led by Craig Pearce (main picture, left), who joins the office as an associate with 28 years’ experience in the lettings sector, having previously worked his way up from trainee negotiator to director level.
Pearce says the move gives him the chance to work within a brand focused on the higher end of the market.
He adds: “Joining Fine & Country feels like the perfect next step. It is a chance to combine my experience and passion for property with a brand that truly values quality, integrity, and exceptional service. I’m excited to bring my energy and expertise to such a respected name in the industry.”
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
De Ville says Pearce’s experience would be central to building the new operation.
“Craig is the ideal person to lead this new division. His extensive experience, commercial insight and commitment to excellence ensure we will deliver a refined, professional service for landlords, investors and tenants alike.”
Fine & Country says the launch forms part of a wider push across the network to offer a more complete service as client expectations change, with managing director Nicky Stevenson saying that premium lettings is a natural extension of the brand’s established position in the high-value sales market.
