Fine & Country has celebrated the achievements of its top-performing agents and offices at its Annual Conference and Awards, marking a milestone year for the premium property brand.
The event, held on 27 March at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, brought together agents from across the UK and international network to recognise standout performance across sales, marketing and customer service.
The conference also coincided with Fine & Country’s 25th anniversary, underlining the brand’s expansion in the upper quartile of the property market, where it now operates in more than 300 locations across 22 countries.
Industry figures were invited to share insights during the daytime conference, including author and performance expert Matthew Syed, futurist Patrick Dixon, entrepreneur Billy Harris and Helen Brocklebank.
CELEBRATION OF ACHIEVEMENT
The evening awards ceremony recognised offices and agents across multiple categories, highlighting performance over the past year in what Fine & Country described as a “milestone” period for the business.

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, says: “Our Annual Conference is not only a celebration of achievement, but a powerful opportunity for our network to reconnect, share ideas and look ahead to the future of the premium property market.
“The calibre of professionals within Fine & Country continues to set the benchmark for service, innovation and results.”
She adds: “While reaching 25 years is a proud milestone, what truly sets Fine & Country apart is the pace and scale of our growth. In just a quarter of a century, the brand has expanded to over 300 locations across 22 countries and five continents, resonating deeply with customers and property professionals alike.
“People feel genuinely passionate about Fine & Country, and that passion continues to drive our success.”
OUTSTANDING RESULTS
Stevenson also praised this year’s winners, saying: “We applaud the remarkable achievements of our agents and extend our heartfelt congratulations to this year’s winners.
“Their commitment to excellence strengthens the entire Fine & Country network, and we are proud to celebrate the outstanding results they have delivered for clients in the premium property sector over the past year.”
