The Fine & Country Foundation has opened applications for its Autumn Grant Programme 2025, offering vital funding to charities in the UK and overseas working to combat homelessness and poverty.
Since launching in 2014, the Foundation has supported hundreds of organisations delivering frontline services, and this latest round of grants – open from 1 to 31 October – provides another opportunity to back projects making a tangible difference in communities.
Now in its eleventh year, the Foundation runs two funding rounds annually, in spring and autumn.
Grants of up to £3,000 are available to charities nominated by local Fine & Country offices, reinforcing the close connection between agents and the causes that matter most in their areas.
LIFE-CHANGING WORK
Earlier this year, the Spring 2025 programme distributed £50,572 to 29 charities, including Habitat for Humanity GB, The Amber Foundation, YMCA Fairthorne Group and Cocoon Care Aftercare.
Projects funded ranged from community shelters and food banks to mental health services and family support initiatives.

Emilie Despois, Trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, says: “We were incredibly proud to support 29 charities in spring with funding that helps them continue their life-changing work.
“These grants are more than financial support – they highlight the power of community-led action in tackling homelessness and poverty.”
For charities, the impact can be transformative.
Orly Waugh, Grants Coordinator at Save the Family, says: “This grant will ensure that every family we support is welcomed into a safe home with essential items.
“For families, including those fleeing domestic violence, it allows them to focus on rebuilding their lives without the immediate worries of homelessness.”
Charities can only apply through nomination by their local Fine & Country agent. For eligibility details or to submit a nomination, contact your nearest Fine & Country office or email grants@hq.fineandcountry.com.
