Fine & Country expands premium footprint with new Isle of Man and Holland Park licences

Fine & Country has announced two major expansions as it continues to grow its presence across both the UK and overseas.

The brand has launched a new licence on the Isle of Man and extended its reach into London’s posh Holland Park, further consolidating its position in the premium property sector.
The Isle of Man operation officially launched on 1 October 2025, with full operations scheduled to begin in January 2026.

It will be led by directors Tom Carter, Mark Fish, and Jamie Tulloch (main picture), who already oversee successful Fine & Country businesses in North Wales and The Wirral, Formby and South Lancashire.

ISLAND DEBUT

The move marks Fine & Country’s debut on the island, where the luxury property market – defined by homes typically priced between £1 million and £8 million – has remained resilient, with nearly 3% growth over the past year.

Demand continues to come from both local buyers and those relocating from the UK and abroad, attracted by the island’s stability, lifestyle, and tax advantages.

Properties in the upper tier include country estates, large coastal homes, and period townhouses, with an average asking price of around £3.5 million. The new Fine & Country licence aims to bring international reach and marketing sophistication to this market for the first time.

ISLAND MILESTONE

Tom Carter says the move represents a milestone for the island’s property market. And he adds: “The opportunity for us with Fine & Country on the Isle of Man is exceptional. The level of marketing and global exposure we provide has never been seen here before, and I genuinely believe this marks a defining moment for the premium sector.”

Meanwhile Mark Fish says that the diversity of homes on the island made it ideal for Fine & Country’s luxury focus, while Jamie Tulloch adds that the team plann to replicate the success of their existing offices.

“Our current territories have shown what Fine & Country can achieve when its full capabilities are applied,” he says. “The Isle of Man is a logical next step, and we’re looking forward to building a world-class team here.”

Jonathan Handford, Interim Managing Director of Fine & Country, says the expansion reflected the trio’s proven track record.

“Tom, Mark, and Jamie have delivered exceptional results across their existing territories. Their strategic approach makes this a highly promising next step, and I have every confidence Fine & Country will quickly become the leading premium brand on the island.”

At the same time, Fine & Country is expanding its London network with a new Holland Park licence, managed by the existing West London team.

Ben Madden, Director of Fine & Country West London, says: “Holland Park was a natural next step. The area shares the same client and property profile as our existing markets, and we’re already working with buyers and sellers there.

“It’s an exciting extension of our service into one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods.”

Handford adds that the move was part of a broader London growth strategy.

“Fine & Country’s expansion into Holland Park strengthens our West London network and allows us to offer our premium marketing and international reach to even more clients. Ben and his team have an outstanding track record and are exceptionally well-equipped to deliver remarkable results in this area.”
