Fine & Country is set to expand its Northern footprint with the upcoming launch of Fine & Country Manchester spearheaded by Jonathan Parkinson.
Following the successful launch of Fine & Country Fylde Coast earlier this year, Parkinson is bringing the brand’s marketing and bespoke client service to one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing property markets.
From skyline apartments in Beetham Tower and new-build city-centre residences, to chateau-style mansions in Worsley and character-filled homes in Didsbury, Manchester caters to a wide range of discerning buyers.
Set to open its virtual doors in August 2025 and supported by a six-strong team of dedicated professionals, Parkinson says that as a Manchester resident the launch fulfils a lifelong ambition.
INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY
He says: “As a Manchester resident myself, it’s a lifelong ambition to apply my trade in a city I know and love. After 15 years in the industry, largely across East Lancashire, it’s an incredible opportunity to bring Fine & Country’s brand to a city that continues to lead the way both culturally and economically.”
And he adds: “Manchester is a melting pot of culture, creativity, and commerce. We’re seeing demand from professionals relocating for work, international buyers, investors, and families seeking high-spec homes close to leading schools. It’s a cosmopolitan, fast-paced market with enormous potential for long-term growth.”
“Fine & Country is the perfect brand for Manchester’s market. It combines global exposure with lifestyle marketing, which is exactly what premium sellers in the area are looking for. Clients want more than a standard estate agency. They want a sophisticated approach, bespoke presentation and access to an international audience. That’s what we deliver.”
HIGH-POTENTIAL MARKET

Jonathan Handford, Interim Managing Director of Fine & Country, says: “Manchester is a very exciting and high-potential market, and we’re thrilled that Jonathan and his team are leading our expansion there.
“Their experience, ambition, and proven success in neighbouring territories make them the ideal ambassadors for our brand in this vibrant city.”
Fine & Country Manchester will offer a full range of services tailored to high-value residential properties, including editorial-style brochures, cinematic video tours, targeted digital advertising, and access to a worldwide network of premium buyers.
Parkinson says: “We’re proud to be raising the bar for estate agency in Manchester. With Fine & Country, our clients benefit from the reach of a global brand, combined with local expertise and a highly personal approach.”
