Fine & Country has expanded its European network with the launch of a new licence in Austria, opening an office in Vienna as the brand continues to grow its international presence in the prime property sector.
The new business, Fine & Country Vienna First, will be led by Viennese real estate professional Elisabeth Rohr-de Wolf (main picture, inset), who brings almost 30 years of experience in the luxury property market.
Rohr-de Wolf has run her own agency in the Austrian capital for nearly three decades and specialises in the sale and rental of high-end homes, with much of her work generated through long-standing client relationships and personal recommendation.
The move marks the latest step in Fine & Country’s expansion across Europe, with the company saying Vienna represents a key market due to its international appeal and stable prime property sector.
GLOBAL REACH
Rohr-de Wolf says she chose to join the network to strengthen the global reach of her business while maintaining its independence.
She adds: “I was looking for a strong, approachable brand that could increase my company’s visibility without requiring me to give up my identity. Fine & Country aligns perfectly with what matters most to me, which is professionalism, integrity, international reach, and a clear sense of style and values.”
Fine & Country said the Vienna office will focus on luxury residential sales and rentals across the city’s most sought-after districts, as well as developing interest in architecturally distinctive and sustainable homes.
Michael Heming, Master Licence Holder for Fine & Country Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Dubai, says the launch strengthens the brand’s presence in the German-speaking region.
WORLD-CLASS CITY

And Nicky Stevenson, Managing Director of Fine & Country, says: “We are delighted to welcome Fine & Country Vienna First to our global network.
“Vienna is a world-class city with immense appeal to international buyers, and we are confident this partnership will be a great success.”
The company said the new office is expected to help attract more international buyers to Austria while giving local clients access to Fine & Country’s global network.
