Fine & Country embarks on Autumn Regional Tour this November

With a theme of ‘Local Focus, National Success’, Fine & Country have announced their popular Regional Tour will be taking place again in November 2024.

This series of meetings, held across the UK, will bring together industry professionals, business owners, and managers to provide market insights and strategy planning for 2025.

The Autumn Regional Tour will offer business owners the opportunity to reflect on 2024 and to discuss what success looks like in the coming year.

Each meeting will also feature a spotlight on a standout Fine & Country agent who consistently achieves high fees and has an impressive market share as well as a look at the power of a robust digital marketing strategy based on proven case studies from within the network.

PREMIUM BRAND

Each date of the tour will kick off with an update on Fine & Country Head Office’s plan for elevating the premium brand to new heights in 2025, presented by Nicky Stevenson (main picture), Managing Director of Fine & Country, alongside senior members of the Fine & Country team including Marketing Manager, Bel Burnell Molyneux, Sophie Davies and Business Development Managers Gaven Swan and Jack Burton.

FRESH IDEAS

Stevenson says: “We are committed to providing our network with fresh and market-leading ideas, and 2025 is going to be an exciting year of development for the brand.

“Having recently been recognised as the most recommended agency in the UK for a second consecutive year, we are looking to give our agents the tools they need to continue on this path for success, providing our clients with a first-class service that they are proud to recommend.”

RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION

The day will then move on to a section on recruitment and retention and analysing market data. In the competitive landscape of the UK residential property market, particularly in the upper quartile, working with a luxury brand is proven to offer significant strategic advantages for estate agents. Research shows that very few locations have a single agent dominating both the general and high-end property sectors.

Stevenson adds: “Our regional meetings offer a unique opportunity for business owners and managers to network with their peers, share valuable insights, and explore success stories that can benefit agents within their region.

“We will also provide our agents with hyper-local and in-depth insights into their property market.

“Understanding these factors is essential for building a thriving estate agency business and establishing oneself as the agent of choice within the region.”

10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

The session will culminate in a celebration of the 10-year anniversary of The Fine & Country Foundation, with a unique and competitive opportunity to build SleepPods. SleepPods are insulated, rain-resistant, wind-resistant, and lightweight shelters, easy to assemble by teams of volunteers.

They provide essential protection for those sleeping rough, and The Fine & Country Foundation, a charity committed to combatting homelessness around the world, has proudly supported SleepPod through substantial grants over the years.

These SleepPods, crafted under the guidance of the SleepPod charity as part of a timed contest for teams to get involved in, will be distributed across the UK and France. An opportunity to end the meeting with a fun team-building exercise all while doing something for a good cause.
