Fine & Country charity grant programme opens for applications

Applications have opened for the 2026 Spring Grant Programme run by The Fine & Country Foundation offering charities the chance to secure funding to support people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

The programme opened on 1 March and will run until 31 March 2026. Charitable organisations can apply for grants of up to £3,000, with nominations submitted through local offices across the Fine & Country estate agency network.
The scheme forms part of the foundation’s twice-yearly funding cycle, with grants awarded in both spring and autumn to support organisations delivering frontline services to vulnerable individuals and families.

The most recent Autumn Grant Programme saw 36 charities receive funding totalling £40,495. The grants supported a range of projects addressing homelessness, poverty and wider support for vulnerable people both in the UK and internationally.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Emilie Despois (main picture), Trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, says: “Our Spring Grant Programme offers an important opportunity for charities to access funding that helps them continue their vital work in local communities.

“Through the support of the Fine & Country network, we are able to reach organisations making a real difference to people facing hardship.”

The Fine & Country Foundation was established in 2014 to support charities working with people affected by homelessness and poverty. Since its launch, the organisation has donated more than £1m to charitable causes around the world.

Funding is delivered through the international network of Fine & Country estate agencies, which nominate charities within their local communities to apply for support.

Charities interested in applying for the Spring Grant Programme are encouraged to contact their local Fine & Country office to discuss nomination opportunities before the application window closes at the end of March.
