SHAPING THE FUTURE

And she adds: “It’s a space where ideas are born, where we all share in each other’s successes and challenges, and where we shape the future of our businesses together.

“Our goal will be to set up our agents to thrive in the year ahead, and we believe that being a part of a network of agents with the right state of mind will help them to achieve success in 2025.”

This year’s keynote speaker, Rory Sutherland, Vice-Chairman of Ogilvy UK and a leading figure in media and advertising, brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative thinking to the event.

Known for his unique blend of creativity and behavioural science expertise, Sutherland will provide a thought-provoking keynote that explores why people think, buy, vote, and act the way they do.

MOTIVATIONS THAT DRIVE DECISIONS

Recognised as one of the foremost practitioners in applying behavioural science to real-world scenarios, Sutherland will delve into the motivations that drive decisions, insights that Fine & Country professionals can harness to better understand and serve their clients.

“We’re delighted to welcome Rory Sutherland as our keynote speaker,” Stevenson adds. “Rory’s ability to bridge the gap between creative thinking and behavioural science offers our network a fresh perspective on client relations and decision-making.

“His insights into human behaviour will no doubt inspire our delegates to think differently about managing their own state of mind, nurturing the best mindset for the team, and how best to connect with and provide value to clients.”

INDUSTRY EXPERTS

Beyond Sutherland’s keynote, the conference will feature additional sessions led by industry experts and Fine & Country agents who will share their expertise on topics critical to thriving in today’s property market. Delegates will benefit from insightful presentations that are all designed to enrich their knowledge and bolster their success.

As the day transitions into the evening, Fine & Country will celebrate outstanding achievements at the 2024 Fine & Country Property Awards.

The awards will honour licensees and associates who have demonstrated exceptional performance in their area, whilst also recognising their contributions to the brand and the industry at large.

Stevenson says: “Our Awards Gala is a special moment to recognise the commitment and hard work of our network. Each year, I’m inspired by the dedication our agents show to clients and communities. This event is our opportunity to honour them and to come together in celebration.”
