Fine & Country announces the launch of Fine & Country Mallorca

Fine & Country Spain has announced that it is launching Fine & Country Mallorca, which will open its doors on 1 September 2025.

This is the second new office Fine & Country Spain has launched this year, representing a key milestone in Fine & Country Spain’s growth across the country’s most prestigious markets, reinforcing their commitment to delivering premium property services across the Balearic Islands and beyond.
Fine & Country Mallorca will be led by Jürgen Dreckmann, co-founder of the highly respected Perfect Mallorca, established with his wife Birgit.

Jürgen will head the estate agency operations, while Birgit and daughter Christine will continue to run the family’s successful Gestoria, providing clients with trusted legal and administrative services.

AGILE AND SCALABLE

Supported by a hand-selected team of experienced professionals across the island, Jürgen’s boutique-style Fine & Country agency is designed to remain agile and scalable, evolving in line with client needs and market demand.

Based in Cala Murada on Mallorca’s southeast coast, less than an hour from Palma and the international airport, Fine & Country Mallorca will cover the entire island.

From Palma, Son Vida, Port d’Andratx and Santa Ponsa, to the timeless villages of Deià, Sóller, Valldemossa and Artà, as well as the most exclusive coastal towns including Port de Pollença, Santanyí, Cala d’Or, Portocolom and Cala Ratjada, the office will ensure Fine & Country’s signature premium service reaches every corner of Mallorca’s luxury market.

TRUST AND INTEGRITY

Christopher Hara, Master Licence Holder for Fine & Country Spain, says: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jürgen and his family to Fine & Country Spain and the international network.

“In our search for the right partner to represent Mallorca, we looked not only for deep market knowledge, but also for the values and ethos that Fine & Country represents.

“Jürgen’s journey, moving from a corporate background to building a trusted, family-run real estate business, mirrors my own. It is this shared culture of trust, integrity, and client-first service that makes the partnership such a natural fit.

“With his experience on the island and the new team he is assembling, I am confident Fine & Country Mallorca will bring a flagship presence to the island and strengthen our reputation both in Spain and internationally.”

DESIRABLE DESTINATION

Jürgen says: “Mallorca remains one of Europe’s most desirable destinations, combining lifestyle, landscape, and long-term investment security.

“The southeast, with its crystal-clear coves and authentic villages, offers a tranquillity that distinguishes it from Palma and the southwest.

“More and more discerning buyers are recognising its potential. With Fine & Country’s global reputation and award-winning marketing, we are perfectly positioned to serve clients here at the highest level.”

LIFESTYLE APPEAL

And on the current market, Jürgen adds: “The island continues to thrive as an internationally driven market, with foreign buyers representing around one-third of all transactions.

“Demand in the premium segment is particularly strong, with average prices now around €5,000 per m² and prime areas such as Port d’Andratx and Son Vida achieving between €6,000 and €9,000 per m².

“With supply constrained and interest from international families rising, boosted by infrastructure improvements and schools such as the Rafael Nadal Academy, Mallorca offers both lifestyle appeal and outstanding long-term potential.”

CLIENT-FIRST APPROACH

Speaking about his decision to join the brand, Jürgen explains: “For us, joining Fine & Country was about aligning our local expertise with a brand whose heritage and values are internationally recognised.

“What also resonated deeply was the alignment in values with Chris and Fine & Country Spain. Like Chris, I came from a corporate background, relocated to Spain, and established a family business built on trust, integrity, and client-first service.

“Seeing how, under his leadership, the Costa Blanca North office has become a multi-award-winning operation in just six years gave us the confidence to envision the same potential for Mallorca.

“Under the leadership of Fine & Country Spain, and with Fine & Country’s international strength behind us, we are proud to bring the brand to the island and excited to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

REFERRAL OPPORTUNITIES

Jonathan Handford, Managing Director of Fine & Country, says: “We are delighted to see the brand continue its expansion in Spain, strengthening our global presence.

“This growth will create even greater referral opportunities for our international network and clients. We wish Fine & Country Mallorca every success as they embark on this exciting new chapter within our network.”

This latest opening also reinforces Fine & Country’s position as a global leader in the international luxury property market.
