Fine & Country announce latest addition to UK network

Fine & Country has opened its newest location on the Fylde Coast, marking the brand’s continued expansion across the UK.

The Fylde Coast continues to demonstrate a buoyant property market, with 2024 seeing an average price increase of 8%.
The area, home to approximately 80,000 residents, offers a diverse range of properties, including seafront houses, traditional builds, and modern new-build estates.

The office, which began operations in January 2025, is headed up by Paul Hardy, Sales Manager.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE

He says: “We are thrilled to bring the Fine & Country name to the Fylde Coast. Our team of professional estate and letting agents is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for those looking to buy, sell, or rent premium properties in this stunning region.

“With our local knowledge, innovative marketing technologies, and the support of an international brand, we are confident in delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

The team at Fine & Country Fylde Coast will focus on the more affluent areas of Lytham St Annes and Poulton-le-Fylde, where the average house price is approximately £330,000.

With a service area covering around 30,000 properties, the team is well-positioned to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers in this competitive market.

Hardy adds: “The Fylde Coast is a diverse area with something for everyone, from vibrant towns to serene coastal living. We’re excited to offer clients the exceptional service, exposure and bespoke strategies that Fine & Country is known for.

“Having seen the market evolve, especially after the surge post-Covid, we understand the importance of tailoring our services to reflect the needs of this unique community.”

HYBRID MODEL

The Fine & Country Fylde Coast office operates as a hybrid model, with a core team of experienced professionals, including Managing Director Johnathan Parkinson, Chairman Colin Bury, Operations Director Charlotte Mortimer and Lettings Director Natalie Taylor.

Together, they bring decades of expertise to the table, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Hardy, who has nearly 20 years of industry experience sees joining Fine & Country as a natural next step in his career.

GAME-CHANGER

He says: “Partnering with Fine & Country allows us to provide clients with not only local expertise but also the prestige and reach of a national and international brand.

“This is a game-changer for the Fylde Coast property market. We’re particularly eager to showcase the many exciting opportunities here, from seafront apartments to large traditional homes, as well as the growing number of new-build developments.

“This isn’t just about selling homes; it’s about creating lasting relationships with our clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes. We’re excited to make a difference in the Fylde Coast and beyond.”
