eXp UK has today announced that it has surpassed the 800 member agent milestone, just a few short months after hitting 700 agents – reinforcing its position as the UK’s leading self-employed estate agency platform.
The achievement marks another major step forward for the company, which continues to build on the momentum generated throughout 2024 and 2025.
Last year saw eXp UK not only expand its agent base at record speed, but also launch its pioneering brokerage model designed to convert existing branch-based businesses to self-employed operations, as well as its buyer representation programme, giving clients greater choice and transparency.
This rapid expansion has been spearheaded by Adam Day, Head of eXp UK and Europe, who has been central to the platform’s success since launching in 2019. Under his leadership, eXp UK has grown from strength to strength, hitting 600 agents in 2024, surpassing 700 earlier this year, and now celebrating a landmark 800-strong member network in less than six years.
ANOTHER MILESTONE
Adam Day (main picture), Head of eXp UK, says: “When we first brought eXp to the UK in 2019, we knew there was a huge appetite for change within the estate agency sector, but even I could not have anticipated just how quickly the model would take root and grow.
“Reaching 800 agents is another incredible milestone, but what excites me most is the consistent strength of that growth.
“Month after month, more agents and businesses are recognising the benefits of our platform, from the support, training, and technology we provide, to the freedom and autonomy that comes with being self-employed.
“It is this combination that has firmly established eXp UK as the nation’s leading platform for self-employed agents, and yet we’re still only scratching the surface of what’s possible. The journey so far has been extraordinary, but the future potential is even greater.”
