eXp UK has partnered with Goodlord to add significant value to lettings agents who choose to build their brand with the help of the eXp platform.
Goodlord already boasts a client portfolio of over 3,000 agency brands and a tech offering that has seen investment to the tune of £54 million and helps agents manage the lettings process by automating tasks such as drafting and signing tenancy agreements, referencing and Right to rent Checks, whilst also improving customer experience and maximising revenue streams.
Indeed, Goodlord boasts a range of industry leading features, such as open banking and HMRC integration, allowing agents to manage all of their properties in one place, whilst also ensuring they remain water tight from a compliance perspective.
eXp UK is also no stranger when it comes to shaping the landscape of the UK property sector whilst providing agents with the support they need to build a market leading business within their local area.
BRAND BUILDING
The eXp UK platform allows agents to build their own brand with full autonomy but also benefit from support and resources of the global eXp Realty business.
eXp UK launched its brokerage model last year which allows traditional estate agency branches to utilise the self-employed model in addition to standalone agents.
The firm’s latest move sees them further the support and value of their proposition by offering access to the Goodlord platform, free of charge, to any lettings agent who decides to build their business with the support of eXp UK.
AGENT EMPOWERMENT
Adam Day, Head of eXp UK, says: “Goodlord is a name that has become synonymous with the streamlining of the lettings process and we believe that the ability to offer access to the Goodlord platform, free of charge, is a significant step forward for the eXp brand when it comes to our value proposition for lettings agents within the UK rental market.
“The eXp proposition has always been about agent empowerment, autonomy and support, so our latest partnership with Goodlord is really a match made in heaven in this respect.”
