eXp UK, the platform for personal estate agents, and now existing estate agency businesses, has today announced the second wave of estate agency brands joining the eXp UK family under the firm’s recently launched ‘brokerage’ model.
Since launch, eXp UK has gone from strength to strength, cementing itself as Britain’s leading supported, self-employed estate agency platform.
eXp UK has already been quick to build on this success in 2024, first announcing the launch of its brokerage model, followed by the major industry milestone of surpassing 500 member agents, as well as the first agencies to join under the brokerage offering.
The ethos behind the firm’s ‘brokerage’ model is for traditional high street estate agencies with an employed workforce to become an eXp UK partner business, and to transform their valuers & listers into self-employed agents in association with the eXp brand, whilst also keeping their existing brand.
Today, eXp UK can reveal that it has now signed a further three high street agency businesses to its new brokerage model – Sullivans, Taylor Millburn and Every Step of the Way.

“It also provides us with a platform to attract other top self-employed agents by giving them the resources they need for lead generation and marketing to help them grow.”
eXp UK has now recruited over agents to the platform since the launch of its brokerage model.
The platform has grown from strength to strength since its launch in 2019 and posted its first profits in 2021, positioning itself as one of the leading supported, self-employed estate agency models in Britain.
Boss Adam Day wants to existing branch-based estate agencies to convert to the US-style self-employed ‘umbrella model’ that can absorb both technological and regulatory costs.
