eXp UK, the platform for personal estate agents and estate agency businesses, has today announced that it has surpassed the 700 member agent milestone, as the firm continues to go from strength to strength as the UK’s leading self-employed estate agency platform.
2024 was a landmark year for eXp UK, with the company not only building an unstoppable level of momentum with respect to its growing member agent numbers, but it was also the year it launched its brokerage model – designed to convert existing branch-based estate agency businesses to the use of self-employed fee-earners – not to mention its own buyer representation programme.
eXp UK’s impressive growth was spearheaded by Head of UK, Adam Day (main picture), who grew the UK platform to 600 agents in under five years and, in doing so, positioned eXp UK as the largest self-employed agent platform in the UK.
Day’s outstanding achievements saw him promoted to International eXpansion Leader for not only the UK, but eXp’s wider European territories.
SIZABLE ACHIEVEMENT
But Day is not one to rest on his laurels and just eight months on from the firm reaching the 600 agent milestone, he has today announced that the eXp UK platform is now utilised by over 700 agents across the nation.
This sizable achievement demonstrates the further growth of the brand and the continued momentum that it is building across the UK property market in 2025.
RAPID PACE
Day says: “Whilst we officially launched eXp UK in November 2019, my role as head of UK began in April that year and whilst I could see the abundance of potential that the eXp model offered, even I couldn’t have anticipated the pace at which we would establish ourselves as the nation’s leading self-employed model.
“Six years on and not only have we amassed a huge 700 member agents, but we’ve continued to drive innovation within the sector, whilst offering the support, guidance and training required for our agents to succeed at the very highest level in their respective markets.
“It’s been an incredible journey so far and it’s one that is really only just beginning and I can’t wait to see where it takes us.”
