eXp Realty has launched LYVVE, a new international property search platform designed to connect agents and buyers across borders as the firm accelerates its global growth strategy.
Following a beta phase earlier this year, LYVVE has now gone into full production and includes listings from nearly 30 countries where eXp operates.
The platform, available via LYVVE.com, has been rebuilt for speed and ease of use, offering a streamlined interface for consumers searching for homes worldwide.
Felix Bravo (main picture, inset), Managing Director of eXp Realty International, says the platform reflects the increasingly global nature of homebuying.
MODERN REAL ESTATE
He adds: “The way people buy and sell homes has changed; the world is more connected, and buyers think globally now. LYVVE brings agents and clients together in real time, making international home discovery simple and transparent.
“With built-in features like WhatsApp messaging, communication is simple, direct, and immediate. It’s what modern real estate should look like.”
The service positions itself as a fully international marketplace, supporting multiple currencies, regional data and a wide range of property types.
eXp believes LYVVE will appeal not only to buyers but also to developers seeking a single platform to reach a global audience, allowing new-build projects to be marketed in multiple countries simultaneously.
FULL LISTINGS CONTROL
Bravo says LYVVE had been conceived to give agents “full control of their listings, their data, and their leads”, part of eXp’s strategy to build proprietary technology and expand its AI capabilities.
The company plans to operate in 50 countries by 2030, with LYVVE expected to grow alongside that expansion.
Bravo adds: “LYVVE solves three fundamental challenges in the industry: fragmentation, visibility, and accessibility. It brings everything together in one place: an effortless, unified, and borderless marketplace where opportunity moves as freely as information.”
The launch marks eXp’s latest move in developing in-house technology as it competes with established regional portals.
The firm said LYVVE is intended to make global property search as simple as domestic homebuying, offering a single hub for both consumers and agents seeking international exposure.
