eXp hails Britain as best performing territory outside of North America

An expanding group of the UK’s best performing agents hit Miami, Florida, last week to attend this year’s annual eXpCon conference, with the event described as a resounding success as Managing Director of eXp International, Felix Bravo, singled out the UK as the company’s most successful market outside of North America.

The four-day event, held from 20th October, brought together more than 4,500 estate agents from 27 countries, providing the ultimate learning and networking experience.
Across the conference, eXp announced several major innovations and revealed three new countries of operation under its international expansion strategy.

During a keynote address to thousands of international attendees, Managing Director of eXp International, Felix Bravo, singled out the UK as the company’s most successful market outside of North America.

LEADING EXAMPLE

He credited Adam Day (main picture, right), Head of eXp UK and Europe, for spearheading eXp’s agent and revenue growth in the region, describing the UK as a leading example of eXp’s model in action.

Day now oversees the continued expansion of a total of 15 countries under the eXp banner, including newly announced territories Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Romania.

NEW INNOVATIONS

A series of new innovations were also unveiled at the event, including the launch of eXp Sports and Entertainment, a new division within eXp Luxury; an AI assistant app tool designed to enhance agent productivity; and eXp Hub, a proprietary communications platform developed to replace Meta’s Workplace product following its withdrawal.

With more than 80,000 users, eXp had been Workplace’s largest enterprise customer, with eXp’s Founder and CEO, Glenn Sanford, personally leading the development of the replacement platform in-house.

TOP PERFORMERS

Among the UK delegation attending eXpCon were several of the company’s top-performing agents, many of whom hold ICON status and were invited to an exclusive Top Performers Dinner. Attendees included Sam Cerrone; Tony Ruby; Georgina Hambly; Darren Becket; James Hughes; Rachel Bedford; Mark Bevan; Joe Rylett (main picture, left); Adam Mackay; Jonathan Woods; Craig Stephens; Samantha Sullivan; Hafsa Meho and Adam Day.

PROPERTY TALENT

Day, Head of eXp UK and Europe, says: “Each year, eXpCon gets bigger and better with more attendees from around the world, more inspiring speakers, and an ever-growing lineup of innovative supplier exhibitors.

“It’s a festival of property talent that culminates in a closing party celebrating the success of this incredible business.

“This year’s event was made even more special as the UK was recognised as eXp’s most successful territory outside of North America, and the biggest estate agency brand in Britain.

“Above all, this annual event provides our agents with the opportunity to network, learn, collaborate, and mix with the best in the business as inspiration for their future success.

“Next year’s eXpCon will take place in Salt Lake City, and while you don’t need to be an eXp agent to attend, you might wish you were once you do. Anyone interested in joining us in Salt Lake City, Paris, or South Africa prior, please do get in touch.”
