eXp crowns UK’s top agents at standout Dorchester awards night

eXp UK brought more than 450 agents together at The Dorchester last week for what has become one of the most prominent nights in the self-employed agency calendar.

The fast-growing platform used its Christmas Awards Night to spotlight the brokers and business owners driving performance, innovation and momentum across its nationwide network.
Hosted in the hotel’s ballroom, the event reflected both the scale of eXp’s expansion and the increasing influence of the self-employed model within UK estate agency.

The ceremony was fronted by comedian Jimmy Carr, with 2026 eXp UK ambassador and double Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton also taking to the stage.

TOP ACHIEVERS

Awards spanned the full breadth of agency performance. Top achievers included Melanie Attwater, recognised for the Highest Average Fee, and Mark Buchanan, who secured Highest Gross Commission.

Georgina Hambly claimed two titles – Most Agents Sponsored and Team Player of the Year – marking a standout year of growth and collaboration.

Marketing strength was highlighted through Ben Moore’s win for Best Marketeer, while Samantha Cerrone was named Agents’ Agent of the Year. Marc Cox took the Breakthrough Award and Mark Bentley received Special Recognition for his long-term industry contribution.

Digital excellence was acknowledged with Adam Fisher’s Best Video award, and newcomer success was celebrated with Michael Brownsett. Footprints was named Team of the Year, while the headline award, Agent of the Year, went to James Hughes.

WORLD-CLASS SUPPORT

Adam Day (main picture, inset), Head of eXp UK and Europe, says: “This year’s awards night was a celebration not just of individual excellence, but of how far both eXp UK and the wider industry has come.

“Our innovative approach to estate agency has changed the sector beyond recognition in recent years and the success of our agents demonstrates the power of combining autonomy with world-class support, training and technology.”

FUTURE OF ESTATE AGENCY

And he adds: “Every winner on the night showcases what the future of estate agency looks like in the UK – entrepreneurial, innovative, community-driven and relentlessly focused on delivering the best possible experience for buyers and sellers.

“The atmosphere at The Dorchester was electric and it was a privilege to recognise the incredible achievements of our agents as we head into 2026 with real momentum.”
