The new City of London office, located near Liverpool Street station in Devonshire Square, marks a pivotal point for the business and opens in response to heightened demand from the Asian investment market. Ten years ago, when the business was founded, Johns&Co specialised in London’s New Homes market. Over the last five years the company has expanded beyond the new build market, in which it remains a leading presence, to take on more traditional housing stock across the capital. Johns&Co now offer a comprehensive range of services to those looking to buy, let, rent, sell or invest in the London property market, with over £2b worth of assets under management.
Jon Johnson, Johns&Co Jon Johnson, previously Area Director at Johns&Co, was promoted to the role of Managing Director in early 2023, and will, together with Owner John Morley, oversee the agency’s development and fast-growing team. The agency now employs over 150 employees across its 10 London offices, as well as two in East Asia (Hong Kong and China).
Johnson has been with the agency for over five years, during which time he has been pivotal in driving the agency’s expansion in west and south west London, most recently in Nine Elms and Brentford, advising investors on landmark developments such as Embassy Gardens, Battersea Power Station, One Thames City and The Brentford Project.
