Spicerhaart has appointed a New Estate Agency Director for South London, who is passionate about developing a high performing team and creating a culture of success.
Danny Grey (main picture, right), 40, has worked his way through the ranks at haart, part of the country’s largest independent estate agency, following an earlier career in recruitment.
He says: “As part of my new role, I’ll be investing in the skills of my team. I love developing people and welcoming new people into what is an amazing company to be part of. We are part of a fantastic profession, for which I have great pride and appreciation.

“My ambition is to grow our region extensively, and to create a fun packed culture of success, positivity, promoting from within, whilst rewarding and developing my staff.”
Having come into estate agency in 2007, Grey has experience of navigating challenging market conditions and has been in senior roles since 2013 and adds: “I am an example that with the right application, dedication and motivation, opportunities within this great company are endless regardless of your background.”
Speaking about his career at haart, he said: “It is a company that really understands the importance of a positive working environment, the desire to grow and adapt within an evolving marketplace and is always happy to rightly reward those who achieve success whilst creating a supportive framework for all.

Outside of work, he mentors teenagers from the council estate he grew up on.
