Emmanuel Aymes to lead United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty’s new Private Client Service

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Emmanuel Aymes as a UK & Middle East Private Clients consultant in what pundits called a game-changing move that further strengthens its position as the UK’s leader in the ultra-prime property market.

Aymes (main picture) is not new to this arena; he brings over 20 years of experience and a network of global connections. Since 2010, he has been travelling almost every month to the Middle East, visiting countries such as Lebanon, Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. And now based in the UAE, he is closer than ever to his clients, ensuring he remains accessible and attuned to their needs.
This extensive experience means he is not only well-versed in the property market but also has an understanding of the GCC region and its nuances.

His goal is to deliver personal solutions that simplify every aspect of property ownership – from generating UK sales via the UK team and hunting down off-market gems to managing cross-border financial arrangements and overseeing luxury renovations.

SEAMLESS AS POSSIBLE

He says: “We want to make property ownership as seamless as possible for our clients. Whether I’m flying off to Riyadh to facilitate a deal in London or introducing a Dubai client to the perfect interior designer, I aim to ensure their experience is smooth, personalised, and service-driven.”

The Private Client Service is set up to connect three key real estate markets: the UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, which together form the “Golden Triangle” of ultra-prime property and other prime global markets.

Aymes’ understanding of these regions, combined with Sotheby’s International Realty’s reach across 83 countries, means clients will have access to some of the most incredible properties, ranging from chic London penthouses to stunning Mediterranean estates.

Aymes adds: “This is a transformational moment for real estate. We’re seeing more European investors eyeing opportunities in the Gulf, while buyers from the UAE and Saudi Arabia are increasingly interested in the UK market.

“This interaction between these different markets makes it an incredibly exciting time to lead a service focused on meeting these ever-changing needs.”

BESPOKE EXPERIENCE

And he adds: “Under Emmanuel’s leadership, the Private Client Service will go far beyond standard real estate offerings. By forming partnerships with private banks, legal advisors, and design specialists, and managing every detail from acquisition to renovation, we ensure a seamless, bespoke experience. Our aim is to build lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions that don’t exist elsewhere, redefining what’s possible in super prime real estate

“Success at this level comes down to trust, relationships, and meticulous attention to detail,” Emmanuel emphasised. “Our clients deserve solutions that match their ambitions, and I’m here to make sure that they get nothing short of exceptional service tailored just for them.”
