Edwin Coe has bolstered its real estate offering with a string of senior hires as renewed confidence and rising activity begin to filter through the property market.
The Lincoln’s Inn-based firm has appointed Deepa Deb (main picture) as Partner, joining from Watson Farley & Williams, having previously worked at Dentons and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
She is joined by partners Charles Joly and Shou Chen, along with consultant Nicholas Morris, from long-established practice NC Morris.
Deb brings significant commercial property experience and a strong client following, strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities at a time when private capital is increasingly targeting opportunities in the sector.

The simultaneous arrival of the NC Morris team adds decades of experience across transactions ranging from City office blocks to boutique residential and country estates. The two firms have previously worked together, with NC Morris referring matters to Edwin Coe.
