Energy efficiency specialist Eco Approach has secured appointments to three major UK decarbonisation frameworks bolstering its role as a key delivery partner in the country’s drive toward net zero.
Prosper, Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and Procurement for Housing (PfH) have all signed up and the triple-framework win marks a significant expansion of Eco Approach’s footprint in the public and social housing sectors, offering councils, housing associations and public bodies across the UK streamlined access to compliant, cost-effective decarbonisation solutions.
The firm’s inclusion across the frameworks builds on a strong track record of delivering deep retrofit and energy efficiency upgrades. Under the Prosper Framework, Eco Approach will support domestic and non-domestic retrofit programmes, delivering measures such as insulation, solar PV, and low-carbon heating technologies to improve energy performance and reduce emissions.
Through the GMCA Decarbonisation Framework, Eco Approach will contribute directly to Greater Manchester’s ambitious net-zero target of 2038. The company will play a role in helping retrofit and decarbonise public buildings and social housing stock across the region, supporting a transition to smarter, cleaner energy infrastructure.
SOCIAL LANDLORDS
Meanwhile, the appointment to the PfH Decarbonisation and Retrofit Framework gives Eco Approach access to a wide national network of social landlords.
PfH’s platform is a key procurement route for housing associations looking to deliver energy efficiency improvements and tackle fuel poverty at scale.

Tom Harrington, Chief Executive of Eco Approach, says: “Being appointed to the Prosper, GMCA, and PfH frameworks is a testament to our team’s hard work and expertise.
“It expands our ability to support the urgent need for effective decarbonisation across the public and social housing sectors. We are ready to work with providers to deliver impactful solutions that contribute directly to a better sustainable future.”
The company says it is committed to using its framework presence to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon technologies and enhance the energy performance of homes and buildings.
It is actively inviting local authorities, housing providers and other public sector bodies to explore partnership opportunities.
The frameworks are expected to play a critical role in enabling housing providers to meet new regulatory standards, improve tenant wellbeing, and help deliver on local and national climate commitments.
