Dwelly has strengthened its national presence with the acquisition of Number 1 Letting, a well-established lettings business based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
The deal adds 850 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s expanding portfolio and follows a series of recent acquisitions that have bolstered the company’s position in the UK lettings sector.
Founded in 2008, Number 1 Letting has built a strong reputation for customer service and market expertise, becoming a trusted name in the Yorkshire rental market.
Managing Director Tracey Brown will remain with the business under Dwelly’s ownership, ensuring continuity for clients and staff while supporting the next stage of growth.
