The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS) is making its popular series of free dispute webinars available ‘on-demand’.
The organisation said that the free webinars are available to stream at any time and at viewers’ convenience.
The DPS added that the three webinars, which feature working adjudicators from The DPS, are part of its ongoing commitment towards providing free education on the topic of deposit protection.
And Matt Trevett, Managing Director at The DPS, says that ound 6,000 landlords have already undertaken the free webinar training.

He adds: “By making the recorded sessions available ‘on-demand,’ we’re ensuring that as many of our customers as possible can watch the videos at a time and place that suits them in order to understand the key principles of tenancy management.
“Spring is a common time for house moves, and we hope the webinars will refresh landlords and tenants’ understanding of the best practices to prevent a dispute and conclude a tenancy successfully.”
