Dexters expands London footprint with Keatons acquisition

Dexters, London’s largest independent estate agency, has acquired East London-based Keatons in a move that further consolidates its dominance in the capital’s property market.

The deal, which adds seven branches and over 2,500 properties to Dexters’ management portfolio, marks another major expansion for the firm as it continues an aggressive growth strategy.
The acquisition of Keatons follows Dexters’ recent takeover of South London estate agent James Alexander and the opening of two new offices in Surbiton and Canada Water, bringing the company’s network to more than 180 branches across London.

The firm now employs 2,500 staff and manages over 48,000 landlords, serving more than 200,000 active buyers and tenants.
