CSS promotes Sarah Chalmers-Stevens to L&D director

Countrywide Surveying Services has promoted Sarah Chalmers-Stevens to Associate Director, Learning & Development with immediate effect.

Chalmers-Stevens joined the business as a graduate in 2004, qualifying as TechRICS before completing her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and achieving MRICS status in 2011.
She built her career surveying across the South West and South Wales, later progressing to Managing Surveyor and Regional Manager.

For the past five years she has worked within Learning and Development, supporting surveyors through professional qualifications and mentoring programmes.

QUALIFICATION GUIDANCE

In her new role, she will lead guidance for colleagues working towards AssocRICS, APC and Leadership Development pathways.

Around 700 surveyors have progressed to qualification through the firm’s AssocRICS training academy to date, with applications now open for the next intake.
