Countrywide Surveying Services delivers 25 newly qualified surveyors through trainee programme

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has reaffirmed its long-term commitment to strengthening the UK’s residential property sector by guiding 25 new surveyors through its flagship AssocRICS training programme.

As one of the UK’s leading providers of valuation panel management and property risk services, CSS has made the development of future talent a strategic priority.
In addition to the newly qualified cohort, 10 more trainees are currently preparing to submit their final assessments for AssocRICS accreditation, with a further seven new trainees set to begin next month.

The programme continues to attract candidates from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, including estate agency, lettings, new build, and domestic energy assessment.

FAST-CHANGING

This diversity not only broadens the skills base of the business but ensures CSS reflects the fast-changing nature of today’s residential market.

Now a well-established part of the CSS talent pipeline, the structured AssocRICS pathway blends classroom learning with real-world experience, supported by a network of RICS-qualified mentors. It also provides access to a broader development framework, including leadership training and ongoing professional learning opportunities.

To date, nearly 700 surveyors have qualified through the programme, underlining CSS’s role as a key driver of professional standards and capacity across the UK residential surveying industry.

HIGH STANDARDS

Rebecca Freeman (main picture), Director of Field Operations at Countrywide Surveying Services, says: “We’re incredibly proud of all our newly qualified surveyors and the wider group progressing through the programme. Their commitment, professionalism, and hunger to learn is inspiring and it reflects the high standards we strive for across the business.

“Our programme continues to evolve to meet market needs, and we’re seeing real benefits from attracting people from different backgrounds who bring valuable insight into our customer offering and reflect the complexity of today’s property landscape.

Through expert mentoring, structured progression, and a culture of continuous learning, we’re doing more than developing surveyors – we’re nurturing future leaders who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of residential valuation and property risk management.”
