North West London estate agent Cosway Estates has unveiled a comprehensive rebrand as it marks its 90th anniversary, signalling a strategic shift towards a more premium, technology-led proposition.
Founded in 1935 and headquartered in Mill Hill, Cosway Estates is one of the area’s longest-established property firms, with a long-standing presence across Mill Hill, Edgware, Stanmore, Totteridge, Woodside Park, Finchley and Hendon.
The refreshed brand is designed to reflect both its heritage and a repositioning towards the upper end of the residential market.
The rebrand follows a change in ownership structure after director Ory Halperin acquired his business partner’s shares in 2025, more than two decades after joining the firm. The move is intended to sharpen Cosway’s focus while maintaining its emphasis on local knowledge, transparency and trust.
INTEGRATED PROPERTY GROUP
As part of the relaunch, Cosway Estates has evolved into a fully integrated property group. Its expanded offering now includes commercial property, investment and development advice, financial services and interior home staging, alongside its core residential sales and lettings business.
The firm has also invested in its in-house marketing capability, appointing a dedicated content director and expanding its use of professional video, digital marketing and AI-led strategies to increase exposure and improve results for clients.
AWARD WINNING
Cosway Estates remains the only Mill Hill agency appointed by The Guild of Property Professionals, providing access to national marketing channels and the wider London market. The business was also recognised at The Guild Awards in 2025, receiving a Bronze award for London Sales Office.

Ory Halperin, director of Cosway Estates, said: “Reaching 90 years gave us the perfect opportunity to reflect on where we’ve come from and where we’re going.
“Cosway has always been about people and property, but the way clients expect us to service their needs has evolved. This rebrand is about modernising the business for 2026 and beyond, embracing technology and AI, and creating a true one-stop shop.
“Importantly, this is very much a team achievement – I couldn’t have done it without the dedication and support of the brilliant team in the office.”
He added: “This rebrand is about future-proofing the business. We’re proud of our legacy, but even more excited about the future, raising standards, delivering premium service, premium results, and taking Cosway to the next level over the decade ahead.”
