onveyancing distributor conveybuddy has added respected Welsh legal firm DP Law to its panel of providers, further strengthening its commitment to offering brokers a blend of national reach and regional expertise.
The announcement, made on 16 May, marks a strategic move for conveybuddy as it targets mortgage brokers in Wales seeking reliable, locally rooted conveyancing partners.
With offices in Cardiff and Bridgend, DP Law brings decades of residential conveyancing experience to the table. Previously operating as David Prosser Solicitors, the firm was acquired by Davisons Law in October 2024.
Davisons Law, now one of the UK’s largest regional law firms, operates 19 offices and employs over 400 staff, handling thousands of transactions annually.
BROADER TREND
DP Law’s inclusion in the conveybuddy panel reflects a broader trend of tech-enabled distributors aligning with legal firms that can combine deep local knowledge with the resources of a national brand.
The DP Law conveybuddy team is led by Paige Logan, with oversight provided by Helen Bartlam, Director at Davisons Law.
MAJOR STEP
Harpal Singh (main picture), Chief Executive of conveybuddy, says: “Welcoming DP Law to our panel is another major step forward in the development of the conveybuddy proposition.
“Not only do we now have one of the best-known and most trusted Welsh law firms available to our introducers, but with Davisons Law as their parent, DP Law combines local knowledge with national strength.
“Welsh brokers in particular can now offer clients a local service with the reassurance of scale and capacity behind it.”

Helen Bartlam adds: “We’re absolutely delighted to be joining the conveybuddy panel and to be working with Harpal and the team again.
“At DP Law, we’re all about delivering a personal, trusted service, and this partnership gives us the opportunity to do just that for even more brokers and their clients.”
