Connells Group appoints Affordable Housing Director in strategic new move 

Connells Group are driving forward their Affordable Housing offering, appointing well-known figure as the Groups new Affordable Housing Director.

The newly established Director role will be filled by Roy Hind, a well-respected figure in the Affordable Housing sector with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Hind made the strategic decision to join Countrywide in 2020 to lead the Shared Ownership and Affordable Housing initiatives.

Hind will now leverage his expertise to bring together the full range of services offered by the Connells Group to benefit existing and new for-profit providers, local authorities, and institutional investors. This comprehensive proposition will encompass a wide range of Affordable Housing services across Sequence, Countrywide, Connells Residential, and all other affiliated companies within the Group.
