Chestertons has appointed Adam Jennings as Head of Residential, taking responsibility for both Sales and Lettings across the business.
Jennings (main picture) joined the agency 11 years ago as an associate manager in Wandsworth and has since progressed through a number of senior leadership roles, including area director of Central London, regional director of South West London and most recently head of lettings.
In his latest role, the lettings division recorded 18% year-on-year growth despite more challenging market conditions.
The firm said performance was driven by a focus on operational consistency, service standards and team development. Jennings was also named Business Leader of the Year within the Campions Group.
INTEGRATED STRUCTURE
His promotion means he will now oversee a more integrated residential structure, bringing sales and lettings teams closer together across the London network.
Jennings says: “I am excited to step into this role at a time of real opportunity for the business.
“By bringing our Sales and Lettings teams even closer together, we are well positioned to build on our momentum and continue delivering outstanding results for our clients.
“I am proud to be working alongside some of the best teams in London and look forward to everything we will achieve together.”
Chestertons says the appointment highlights its focus on internal progression and leadership development as it looks to build on recent growth across its residential operations.
Property Soup reported yesterday how the agency had appointed Nick Darragh as Sales Director of its Wandsworth Common sales office.
